Taggiasca Olives in Brine

Description of the Product

The "Taggiasca" Olive is a typical variety of olive cultivated in the Western part of Liguria Region (Italy) and in particular in the Imperia's hinterland.

This variety is one of the most famous for olive oil production and one of the best table olives thanks to a very tasty fruit, rich in oil, despite its small dimension.

The harvest of our Taggiasca olives is on average from October to March. They reach our factory a few hours after collection and are immediately processed to preserve the organoleptic properties.

They are calibrated and immediately intended for the brine (a mixture of water, salt and aromatic herbs).

Pitted version also available.

Ideal as appetizer, in salads and with fish.
